Joy Peterson, B.S., T.S. (AAB), ELD (ABB)

IVF Laboratory Director


Joy Peterson, B.S., T.S. (AAB), ELD (ABB), earned her B.S. in animal science from Illinois State University and has pursued graduate coursework in aquaculture and reproductive physiology at Illinois State University and the University of Missouri. She is certified as a Technical Supervisor and an Embryology Laboratory Director with ABB. Joy worked as a clinical manager of fertility and with more than 25 years of ART laboratory experience.

​​​​​​​Hello! My name is Taylor. I have been privileged to join Dr. Ostrom’s team as IVF Coordinator. My duty is to collaborate with Dr. Ostrom and Dr. Stegmann to create a patient centered treatment plan.

My goal as IVF coordinator is to build a supportive relationship with our patients to assist them through a stressful and often emotional process. I will be there rooting for success all the way.

I know IVF is a life altering experience and I am honored to be part of that process with each of our patients.
